If you wish to cancel your membership, don't worry - it is easy.

We hope you send us feedback so we can work on the needed improvements. Follow the steps below to complete your account cancellation.

 How to cancel an Educator Account:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Click on Manage Account.
  4. Click on the icon that says Cancel Account. 
  5. Fill out the short form.
  6. Click Submit.

 

 How to cancel a Student Account:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Click on Manage Account.
  4. Click on the icon that says Cancel Account. 
  5. Fill out the short form.
  6. Click Submit.

  

 How to cancel an ESL Business Account: Only certain ESL Businesses can have their accounts fully canceled. The rest, that are still able to have services reviewed, will be downgraded to a free account. 

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Click on Manage Account.
  4. Click on the icon that says Cancel Account. 
  5. Fill out the short form.
  6. Click Submit.

All ESL Passport memberships are annually recurring until cancelled. When a ESL Business Premium or Enterprise membership is canceled, your paid status will run for the rest of the paid duration.

Once the account is canceled or downgraded, all media and data you had placed in your profile will be lost if you do decide to return.
