Refunds

At this time due to record high levels of corruption within our global industry and us having record low pricing, we are not granting refunds for downgrading an ESL Passport membership, applying for ESL Passport Verification, or for any Add-on purchase.

Exchanges

ESL Passport is a service-based platform and we do have few branded and verified products for sale. If any of these items are found defective or damaged we will gladly replace them.

Claim Approval

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. A member of our team will message you or schedule a virtual call with you to verify the defective or damaged product. Should the product be found defective or damaged, the ESL passport representative will send you a new product. 

Shipping

Once the claim is approved, your ESL Passport point of contact may or may not request you send the defective or damaged product to the closest ESL Passport mail point, should this be the case our team will refund you the cost.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
