Information from devices: When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

The information you provide to us: We may collect and store any information you provide us when you use ESL Passport Services, including when you add or update your account information, leave reviews, participate in community discussions, or when you otherwise correspond with us regarding ESL Passport Services.
We may also collect information from or about you from other sources, such as through your contact with us, including our customer support team, your results when you respond to a survey, your interactions with members of the ESL Passport corporate family or other companies (subject to their privacy policies and applicable law), and from other accounts we have reason to believe you control (whether in part or in whole). Additionally, for quality and training purposes or for its own protection, ESL Passport may monitor or record its telephone conversations with you or anyone acting on your behalf. By communicating with ESL Passport, you acknowledge that your communication may be overheard, monitored, or recorded without further notice or warning.
Information from other sources: We may also obtain information about you from third parties such as various job boards, industry blogs, blacklists, certifying bodies, institutions, integrated social media channels and software programs.
To build our reports and databases to support a global transparent hub, we collect large imports of industry data from other public sources with the sole purpose of formulating industry trends and patterns for our annual global reports and database of business names. This includes but is not limited to business names, job posts, job details, job post contact information, a record of the source of job posts, job vacancy locations, and job posts titles.

Special consideration should be given to photos you post that may include the identity of children. Make sure you have the consent and permission of all youths' legal guardians and individuals in uploaded photos before posting to your ESL Passport profile.
Any information (e.g. name, email address, personal photographs) that you voluntarily disclose on our site may be collected and used by parties other than us and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties. If you post information, we have no control over this use of your information and, as such, cannot be responsible for it. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to (a) delete any personal information we discover or which is brought to our attention, at any time, for any reason whatsoever; (b) immediately terminate your account.
Our Services contain links to other Web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of ESL Passport. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any Web site you link to and visit.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information is corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us.
To your account: You can review and edit your personal information at any time by logging in to your account and reviewing your account settings and profile. You can also deactivate your account through ESL Passport's website. If you close your ESL Passport account, we will mark your account in our database as "Closed," but may retain personal information from your account for a 5 years time. We also may retain personal information from your account to collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce our User Agreement, or take other actions as required or permitted by law.
