ESL Passport is an informational hub for the English as a Second Language (ESL) and International Education global industry. Do to our industry's history of providing less than perfect service, ESL Passport's relationships, communication, methods, and services we provide are crucial to our longevity.
Help our clients with emailed needs and questions.
Develop Triage system for help tickets.
Make contact with new customers as their representative.
Design Support PDFs and Videos.
Brainstorm and create more support articles.
Brainstorm and execute webinars.
Service and manage our Clickdesk account.
Participate in brainstorming meetings with Marketing Manager and CEO.
Participate in regularly scheduled feedback meetings with CEO.
We believe in hiring great people and serving each client as If they were our only client. We will never ask you to respond to all customers with templates and robot-like responses, instead, we want you to be very human and use emojis if your heart desires!
ESL Passport is looking for a business, communications, or any student (undergraduate or graduate may apply) who can fulfill the above role virtually. There will be two monthly meetings to review goals, progress, and findings. Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communications skills, with working knowledge of CRM and chatbot functionalities. Experience with customer service of any kind, as well as Microsoft Office, are required; experience with Canva, Asana, Dropbox, Hubspot, Clickdesk, WeChat, Whatsapp, and Line is preferred. Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese and/or Sina Weibo are bonuses.
Required to work 10 hours a week. For university credit, the intern must complete 150 hours in a semester.
This is an entirely virtual position, so a sufficient internet connection is necessary.
